privatefinancials.eu provides programmatic access to structured financial and corporate data sourced from official EU national company registries. The Service is operated by Data Alchemy Labs.

• You may use the API for lawful purposes only.
• You may not resell raw data or build a competing data redistribution product without a separate commercial licence.
• You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• You may not use the Service to infer or derive sensitive personal data beyond what is contained in the official public registry filings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. Data Alchemy Labs reserves the right to revoke keys used in violation of these Terms.

Data is sourced from official national registries and is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying data before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Alchemy Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state jurisdiction of Data Alchemy Labs. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
